Hello everyone,
Today April 6, 09 was my first day back into Southwest MMA after my injury. We have couple of guys training for fights this weekend, so I couldn’t take it light. I wanted to push myself to see where I was at and during my practices I was feeling good and I was able to finish my practices which it wasn’t an easy one. Now I am seating in my couch and my rib still feels good, so I will continue to take it easy on it for one more week and then I will do this sparring practices again. Hope that everything continues to go well and be back in the octagon. THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT ILL BE BACK SOON.
