I first want to wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving! Second I want to apologize for the time in between my last blog. I have been training extremely hard for my fight Dec 12 against Damarques Johnson.
Since my last blog Efrain and I helped Cibola High Wrestling with a fund raiser. A special thanks to CB Dolloway and another Yuma Native in the UFC, Aaron Simpson. Thanks to them and the local supporters Cibola Wrestling raised enough money for trips this year.
My trainer Terrell Hunsinger Jr. came back from his third semester of law school last week and it is good to have him back. He has me training twice a day and has picked up my strength and conditioning just in time. My weight is better than ever (even though it was tempting today), I had a turkey salad.
But most importantly I want to thank my training partners for taking three hours away from their families today to assist me in my camp. Anthony Haile, Terrell Hunsinger, Doug Fisher, Bear (Julio), Abraham Ramirez, Joe Gustina, and Jose Carbajal. I am feeling an ice bath and a massage at the end of this week.

Just got done training here in costa mesa yes i know that its thanksgiving for we have to earn our meal, lol were training super hard and im loving it. BJ is looking super good as well as for shane nelson, Well guys as you guys know were here in a hotel room and we wont be able to eat turkey so please have a some for us. This are the things that fighters be able to work though to get tuffer and tuffer. Alot of poeple ask what does it take to become a fighter this is one being away from your family during the holidays and training without asking why nor saying no we just do it because we love it and this is were you get better mentally. Alright guys enjoy today with the love ones.

Today was a very humbling day, morning prac and afternoon prac…it’s hard to go from one of the best in the prac room to just punching bag…hehe, slight exaggeration but being semi-serious…but it’ll only help in the long run, I need it, it’s gonna push me to that next level…BJ is absolutely awesome, his brother Reagan is awesome and an athletic freak, Shane Nelson is awesome, Rob Emerson is crazy skilled and awesome and all of BJ’s trainers are uber-cool as well, I see how much harder I have to push myself and drive myself to take it to that next level…I’m done, peace out peeps…

Hello everyone
Hope everyone is have a great week, i know its tuesday but i hope is still going good. As for me its going awesome as Ben Henderson and myself are here in costa mesa california training with BJ Penn. Well i know you all wanna know how his looking well his looking good thats all i can say. Its 4;30pm here in costa mesa and were just chilling here at the hotel about to get ready for our second session today. We been having some great practices and im excited to learn some more. Now we went down to newport beach now that was awesome we had some great food there but today we had pizza lol i know but we wanted to rest a lil bit because practices are hard and I want to be able to push BJ Penn, Shane Nelson and Ben Henderson to get better so we were lazy and order in. I know pizza isn’t what we should be eating but let me tell you it was good. So how is everyone doing hope all you guys are able to follow me on twitter im posting picture of our training and such.
